Enom extra TLD's

There are a bunch of tlds that are not in Hsphere.

Hsphere 3.3 only includes the following list:
"com", "net", "org", "us", "info", "biz", "tv", "ws", "nu", "bz", "cc", "ca", "cn", "com.cn", "net.cn", "org.cn", "br.com", "cn.com", "de.com", "eu.com", "hu.com", "no.com", "qc.com", "ru.com", "sa.com", "se.com", "uk.com", "us.com", "uy.com", "za.com", "de", "in", "jp", "uk.net", "se.net", "tw", "co.uk", "org.uk"

I have added the following tlds:
"me", "mobi", "la", "asia", "com.tw", "org.tw", "idv.tw", "eu", "name", "ac", "io", "sh", "kids.us", "be", "tc", "vg", "ms", "cm", "gs", "net.nz", "co.nz", "org.nz", "at", "am", "nl", "it", "fm", "tel", "co", "com.co", "nom.co", "net.co", "pro", "aaa.pro", "aca.pro", "acct.pro", "eng.pro", "avocat.pro", "bar.pro", "jur.pro", "recht.pro", "law.pro", "med.pro", "cpa.pro"

Along with those extra tlds, the extra info for .org.uk, .co.uk, .ca, .us, .kids.us, .eu, .de has been fixed. Added missing required fields and changed language files to make them easier to understand.

java psoft.hsp.tools.PkgInstaller --package=EnomModifications-0.0.1-1.hsp
exit

cd /hsphere/local/home/cpanel/shiva/psoft/hsphere/resource/registrar
mv Enom.class Enom.class.backup
mv EnomRequest.class EnomRequest.class.backup
wget http://addons.hspheretemplates.com/EnomModifications/enom.zip
unzip enom.zip

service httpdcp restart
