Ticket system attachment upload problem
Ticket system does not allow users to upload attachments for existing tickets

If a user is creating a ticket, he is allowed to upload an attachment. However if he is adding info to an existing ticket, this option is not shown to the user.
This was fixed in 3.0 but somehow the fix was not propagated to 3.1+ versions:

I have added that feature back for you:
cd /hsphere/local/home/cpanel/shiva/shiva-templates/common/control/tt/
wget http://addons.hspheretemplates.com/b..._view_html.zip
unzip user_view_html.zip
cd /hsphere/local/home/cpanel/shiva/shiva-templates/common/submit/tt/
wget http://addons.hspheretemplates.com/b..._edit_save.zip
unzip user_edit_save.zip
cd /hsphere/local/home/cpanel/shiva/shiva-templates/
./configure
make
restart cp httpd process.
If using freebsd you may need to use gmake instead of make. It is also possible to just copy these to the custom templates folder so they are not lost on update.
